We are seeking a skilled Custom Club Professional to join our team. As the heart of our operations, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality custom golf clubs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble custom golf clubs with precision, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Utilize resources efficiently to achieve production schedules and best-in-class results.
  • Follow detailed processes and mechanical instructions for assembly using various tools and machines.
  • Conduct quality checks and participate in problem identification and resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with the custom build and customer service teams to enhance our offerings.

Qualifications and Profile:

  • Strong technical knowledge of golf products.
  • Previous experience in club assembly is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • Intermediate computer skills with a quick aptitude for learning new systems.
  • High level of organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
