As a vital member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in helping individuals achieve improved access, development, independence and overall health and wellbeing through the delivery of timely therapeutic services.
You will work closely with participants, their families and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to their unique needs and goals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic interventions.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised evaluations.
- Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals tailored to each participant's requirements.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' quality of life and support them in meeting their objectives.
