ABA Therapy Assistant Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to implement high-quality Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) sessions in a 1:1 environment for children. This includes structured and naturalistic teaching, data collection, recording, and graphing as advised by the Behaviour Support Specialist.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and has experience/interest working with children with challenging behaviours.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver ABA sessions in a child's home, school or centre
  • Collect, record and graph data as advised by the Behaviour Support Specialist
  • Implement Behaviour Intervention Plans
  • Communicate effectively with Behaviour Support Specialists and other team members
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check (Employee)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • The legal right to work in Australia
  • Driver's license, car, and commitment to travelling between locations
