Trade Finance Specialist

Role Summary:
This Trade Finance position involves processing international transactions, including Letters of Credit and Collections for clients across various market segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Authorize customer transactions, ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards, and internal operating policies.
- Monitor risk and assurance requirements, managing non-compliance in a timely manner.
- Provide technical upskilling of STF expertise among the broader team, including PUA oversight and feedback to Product and Sales teams.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for trade-related projects, such as SWIFT 7XX series messages for SWIFT 2018/2020 upgrades.
Requirements:
- Excellent people skills, with a passion for coaching and motivating the team.
- Good interpersonal skills, with great time management ability to manage peak periods of work volumes.
- Previous experience in leadership or Derivative products, Market Operations, and/or Collateral Management is essential.
