Trade Finance Operations Specialist

A Trade Finance Operations Officer is required to join our dynamic team.
- Perform specialist processing activities efficiently and effectively in accordance with industry standards.
- Prepare trade-related transactions based on customer instructions, handle intricate errors and ensure transactions are handled within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Act as the first level of authorisation, establishing and questioning variations from industry operating principles, determining reasons for errors and recommending amendments to procedures to deal with them.
This role requires a strong attention to detail, natural curiosity, self-discipline to work independently and calm demeanour for intense bursts of processing. The right candidate will have the ability to deliver against SLAs, analyse data, decipher critical pieces of information and investigate where needed.
