Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to take on a key sales growth role with a customer-centric approach in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver profitable sales growth by building strong relationships with our aftermarket customer base for passenger car business.
- Support key market channels and ZF activities through interactions with key partners.
- Attend relevant customer trade shows, industry events, and workshops as required.
Profile Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in account management with proven sales experience related to mobility or automotive.
- Experience working towards KPIs including sales & market engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with all levels of our customers' distribution channel.
- Demonstrate commercial and financial acumen, negotiate terms while maintaining business focus.
- Availability to travel is essential.
