As a senior leader in early childhood education, we are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to assume the role of Director.

The Role
  • Lead and inspire a team of educators, promoting collaboration and growth through mentorship.
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including efficient management of resources, staffing, and logistics.
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS.
  • Oversee individualized learning and development plans for children, fostering a culture of inclusivity and support.
  • Establish strong relationships with families, staff, and the wider community, promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in education and care, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all child protection, health, safety, and regulatory standards, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for children.
About You:
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or higher qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years' leadership experience in an early childhood setting, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS, with ability to apply principles in practice.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • A commitment to creating a positive and inclusive environment for children and staff, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
  • Financial and organizational acumen, with ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Experience managing a large long day care centre (100+ places), with expertise in operational management.
  • Additional qualifications in leadership or management, with a focus on enhancing professional skills and competencies.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, WWCC, and Police Check, with a clear understanding of their importance in ensuring child safety.
