We're seeking an exceptional leader to oversee multiple early childhood services in Melbourne's South East. As a trusted director, you'll empower centre managers, drive quality education, and foster a culture of excellence.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversee operations, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality care.
- Mentor and support centre directors, promoting growth and development.
- Implement strategies for curriculum planning, policy reviews, and forecasting.
- Liaise with community agencies, ensuring strong relationships and effective communication.
- Drive team engagement through positive leadership and create a culture of diversity, inclusion, and teamwork.
- Bachelor or Diploma in Education (ACECQA recognised).
- At least 2 years of full-time multisite experience as a centre director.
- Current registration and First Aid certification.
- Strong understanding of Education and Care Regulations, Child Protection laws, and the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing large teams.
- Familiarity with software used in early childhood services.
