Job Summary:

Compliance and Enforcement Specialist

This role involves investigating alleged offences, conducting compliance monitoring and audits in line with the Compliance and Enforcement Action Plan and Policy.

  • Investigate matters thoroughly, ensuring procedural fairness and impartiality to achieve fact-based outcomes.
  • Analyse evidence and employ various investigative strategies to examine alleged offences and enforce appropriate outcomes.

Caseload Management

  • Effectively manage a high-volume caseload, prioritising tasks to ensure timely completion.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective internal and external stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Proven experience in compliance and enforcement or regulatory environments.
  • A passion for delivering quality customer service and promoting compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities.
