We are seeking a female Disability Support Worker to join our team in the Independent Supported Accommodation (ISA) program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Implementing support plans based on supported person's needs, preferences, and interests
- Assisting with all aspects of daily living from getting up in the morning to going to bed at night
- Aiding people to get to their chosen activities like social events, work, and appointments
- Promoting personal choice and control for the person
- Assisting with personal care & hygiene and household duties like cleaning, cooking, and washing
- Administering medication
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with complex behaviours
- A passion for enabling and working with people
- A desire for meaningful work and comfortable providing people with daily living support
- A willingness to learn new skills, undertake ongoing training
- A willingness to work as part of a team
You will also be required to have or obtain:
- NDIS Worker screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Unrestricted Australian Driver's License
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination status, including booster
- Current First Aid Certificate with CPR
