Job Overview

As a CSSO, you will play a vital role in supporting customers to achieve their goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer enquiries and gathering information to determine service needs
  • Developing and maintaining service agreements that meet customer needs and expectations
  • Working with customers and stakeholders to identify service opportunities within available resources
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in customer service and/or support roles, preferably within the disability sector
  • Strong computer literacy skills and ability to use contract management systems
  • A growth mindset and resilience to work in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
