Housekeeper Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our guest rooms, common areas, and villas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and presentation in all areas of the property.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a clean and healthy environment for guests.
  • Prepare guest rooms for occupancy by making beds, changing linens, and replenishing towels.
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures to maintain a high level of appearance and cleanliness.
  • Vacuum carpets and mop floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Restock supplies and equipment as needed to maintain optimal levels.
  • Inspect and report any issues regarding room maintenance or cleanliness to ensure prompt attention and resolution.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A positive attitude and excellent time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent customer service skills to provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests.
  • High attention to detail to maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all aspects of housekeeping.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including a fitness-for-work assessment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and managers.
  • Availability to work across a seven-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is highly regarded but not essential.
