The role is permanent full-time, commencing end of September 2025. As a Sports Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing, coordinating, and implementing assigned extra-curricular sports programs and events. Experience in coordinating Tennis will be highly regarded.
  • Managing student administration, behaviour, and wellbeing within assigned sports.
  • Recruiting and developing high-quality Sports Coaches.
  • Overseeing training programs and liaising with external stakeholders and professional bodies.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and governing body regulations.
  • Promoting sport programs and contributing to school-wide sporting events.
Key Requirements
  • A valid Working with Children Check.
  • Appropriate sports qualifications and/or experience.
  • A Pool Lifeguard Award (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills.
  • The ability to assist in managing the work of the Sports Department in a proactive and efficient manner.
  • The ability to work well independently, be self-motivated, and take initiative.
