Events and Growth Coordinator Job

Everi-Pty is the governing body for all levels of baseball throughout Australia, a recognised member of the World Baseball Softball Confederation and the Australian Sports Commission. As a national sporting body, Everi-Pty has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Events and Growth Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the implementation of Everi-Pty's participation strategy, PlayWell. This includes providing high-quality customer service and knowledge to state and territory associations for Sporting Schools programs, guiding their experience to successfully deliver the programs. The role also involves working with the marketing and communications team to develop regional and local campaigns to support the growth of baseball in Australia.

Additionally, the Events and Growth Coordinator will provide operational and administrative support for National Events, including coordination of travel arrangements and procurement of uniforms and equipment as necessary. They will also work closely with the General Manager - Growth and Experience and National Tournament Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of these events.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate and support the implementation of Everi-Pty's participation strategy, PlayWell.

  3. Work with the marketing and communications team to develop regional and local campaigns to support the growth of baseball in Australia.
  4. Provide operational and administrative support for National Events.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in sport or business management.
  • Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check.
  • Experience working with a range of software and technology platforms.
