Drive Performance and Service Delivery

This role involves effective rostering, personnel management, recruitment administration, reporting, and compliance. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills, and at least six months of experience in a similar rostering position.

  • Recruitment and interviewing of new personnel
  • Confirming and communicating essential information about shifts to personnel
  • Completing rosters and allocating the best personnel to each client site
  • Ensuring rostered guards are compliant with NSW Security licence, RSA, and First Aid requirements
  • Monitoring shift attendance, sign-on, and sign-off
  • Holding the roster phone in rotating shifts
  • Processing Daily Shift Reports sent by shifted personnel
  • Tracking reports and sending daily summaries to Operations Manager

The ideal candidate must also be available most weekends and willing to take the roster phone week on/week off. Additional requirements include a valid NSW Security Licence, RSA, and First Aid, as well as full Australian working rights.
