Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to join our busy project delivery team in Sydney. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering first-class projects that exceed client expectations.

The Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to work on high-volume projects across various industries, including commercial fit-outs, building services upgrades, and façade works. You will have the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with external contractors to achieve project objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the scoping, coordination, planning, delivery, and administration of capital works projects within our office portfolio.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external contractors.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in project management, construction management, or a related field.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in design, architecture, project management, or construction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CAD, and MS Project.
