We are currently seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to support our Employee Services Team with various tasks and projects.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the onboarding process for new starters into our HR system ensuring seamless integration
  • Process employee change of conditions and handle HR inbox queries promptly and efficiently
  • Track employee end dates and follow up with managers for updates to maintain accurate records
  • Prepare statements of service or information as requested by employees or stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Conduct compliance reporting and send notifications to ensure regulatory adherence
  • Perform renewal checks for worker screenings and process cessations in the HR system to maintain accuracy
  • Generate reports and manage awards to provide valuable insights and data
Requirements
  • Qualifications in Human Resources or relevant studies with a focus on administration and operations
  • Minimum 12 months experience in HR administration or equivalent with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
