  • Develop and implement high-quality early childhood programs aligned with EYLF and NQF
  • Mentor educators in planning and delivering programs that cater to diverse needs
  • Design and facilitate professional development opportunities for staff promoting best practices in early childhood education
  • Monitor and assess educational practices within the centre ensuring compliance with licensing and accreditation
  • Collaborate with the Director of Education to implement improvement plans based on evaluations and feedback
  • Establish positive relationships with families encouraging their involvement in the educational process
  • Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and program initiatives
  • Lead regular team meetings to discuss program planning and staff development fostering collaboration that encourages sharing of ideas and practices
About You

You are a seasoned leader in early childhood education with a passion for quality teaching and learning. You thrive in collaborative environments and inspire excellence in others. Your expertise includes:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (Essential)
  • Current Blue Card (Essential)
  • HLTAID012 – Provide First Aid in an education and care setting (Essential)
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks in early childhood education
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in childcare settings
