About Us
Our Kinship Care Program provides support to children and young people in care when their parents are unable to care for them.
As a case worker, you will work with a dedicated team supporting children and young people in kinship care statutory placements. You will manage a caseload, preparing court reports and placement documentation.
Our caseworkers receive clinical and emotional support, regular team meetings and development opportunities, including Life Story work.
What We Offer:
- Hybrid work-from-home environment and remote working up to 2 days per week.

Who We Are Looking For
You will have a tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology or related discipline, a current driver's licence, and experience working with vulnerable children and families in care services and case management roles.
Demonstrated experience in engaging with families successfully using an outreach model of service will be valuable in this role.
