Solar Project Leader

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a seasoned Project Manager (PM) to join our team on a full-time basis. This role presents a unique opportunity for individuals with a proven track record in managing solar projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities: The PM will be stationed on-site and will oversee all project facets, including engineering, procurement, logistics, construction, quality assurance, and grid integration. The PM will lead the site team and liaise with office personnel across engineering, procurement, legal, and logistics departments. This role will report directly to the Head of Operations, who will provide ongoing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidate Profile: We are looking for a qualified and driven individual who can showcase exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, along with a robust technical and project management background in the solar sector. The PM should be capable of working autonomously and under pressure while upholding high standards of quality and safety.
Qualifications:- Degree in Engineering;
- Preferred qualifications in Renewable Energy;
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in managing construction projects, preferably in large-scale solar initiatives;
- Strong expertise in electrical engineering, team management, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards;
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with team members, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders;
- Proactive mindset;
- Strong critical thinking and sound judgment.
