Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver people and performance plans that support Danone's business strategy and growth targets.
  • Lead organization design, talent management, and leadership development initiatives to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with global and local HR leads to deliver programs that amplify Danone's purpose-driven, people-powered culture.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that enhance operational efficiencies and support business growth.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to the HR team in Australia while leading and empowering a direct report.
