We are seeking a Senior Counselling Services Leader to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results in the field of counselling services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing high-performing teams
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective strategies to enhance student wellbeing and mental health
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Masters Degree in Psychology (accredited) and Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
