We are seeking a Senior Counselling Services Leader to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results in the field of counselling services.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance student wellbeing and mental health, as well as providing guidance and support to staff members.
You will work closely with senior leaders to drive organisational goals and objectives, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote a safe and supportive learning environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students and staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing high-performing teams
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective strategies to enhance student wellbeing and mental health
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Masters Degree in Psychology (accredited) and Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
