Director of Counselling Services

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our counselling team. As a senior professional, you will be responsible for fostering a positive work culture and delivering high-quality student-focused psychological services.

The role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote excellence in practice and performance, while ensuring the delivery of safe and high-quality care using a client-centred approach.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of psychologists across all campuses, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet and exceed required standards.

Strong commitment to providing safe, high-quality care using a client-centred approach is essential, as well as demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The Director of Counselling Services and the Psychologists are the School's Child Safety and Wellbeing Officers, responsible for assisting and advising on child safety and wellbeing matters.

They are the first points of contact for raising child safety matters and contribute to creating a positive and supportive work environment for our future psychology team members.
