Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to deliver payroll services for 1500 employees using Dayforce.

You will be supported by a part-time Payroll Specialist and report directly to the General Manager Human Resources.

Main Responsibilities

  • Process fortnightly pay runs across 11 locations in Melbourne and Geelong
  • Administer payments and reconciliations of deductions, adjustments, superannuation payments, work cover, and payroll tax
  • Process monthly payroll reports
  • Respond to a range of payroll requests in a timely manner
  • Assist with payroll-related project management initiatives

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of payroll experience in a health or aged care environment
  • Previous experience using Dayforce
  • A strong understanding and interpretation of awards and agreements
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • A current and valid police check
