**Operational Context**:
This role necessitates establishing and mutually agreeing upon priorities, overseeing workflow within the designated responsibilities, and exercising a certain level of independence in carrying out key duties. It requires the capacity for initiative and professional judgment in scenarios where protocols and directives are not clearly defined. Any matters beyond these parameters should be referred to the supervisor.

**Independence**:
This position reports directly to the immediate supervisor and assumes full accountability for all aspects of service delivery within their jurisdiction.

**Responsibilities of the Role**:
1. Manage NDIS staff packages via the provider's online platform.

2. Collaborate with the Manager to supervise the scheduling process, managing participant roster templates and individual schedules. Oversee the transition of employee schedules when permanent shifts change with at least 4 weeks' notice. Handle daily shift swaps and adjustments.

3. Collaborate with the Manager to ensure prompt and efficient filling of shifts, minimizing disruptions to clients and optimizing organizational cost-effectiveness.

4. Audit and approve timesheets every Monday for payroll processing.

5. Support and assist the Manager in creating and updating roster templates promptly.

6. Ensure optimal operational efficiency for all services, upholding compliance with industrial relations/EBA/SCHAADS/relevant awards.

7. Process personal, sick, and annual leave requests in consultation with the Manager.

8. Monitor employee work hours to ensure adherence to industrial relations obligations.

9. Coordinate the scheduling of on-site induction training for new employees efficiently and within budget.

10. Offer expert insights to the Manager on meeting industrial relations obligations, proposing efficient and cost-effective scheduling models for sites and regions.

11. Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

12. Generate and run reports as requested.

13. Address and appropriately manage employee inquiries about their schedules.

14. Evaluate ongoing funding and engage with stakeholders as needed.

15. Address concerns and interact with the NDIS office.

16. Provide training and system support to staff when required.

17. Share payment documentation from the site with relevant personnel.

18. Monitor pricing changes related to service packages.

19. Organise and maintain essential documents and reports for verification and audits.

20. Collaborate with the Manager to track certificate and document expiration dates.

21. Fulfill other job responsibilities as directed by management.

5. Cultivate a secure working environment within your designated sphere of responsibility, actively participating in and promoting a culture that prioritises safety.

6. Uphold adherence to both Statutory and Regulatory prerequisites, as well as policies, processes, and procedures set forth by the New Growth Care Group.

7. Serve as a role model and advocate for upholding the values of the New Growth Care Group in all professional endeavours.

**Mandatory requirements**:

- Police Check
- Working With Children Check (if applicable)
- NDIS orientation module
- NDIS screening check (To be completed once registered)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
