Payroll Manager

At Homestyle Aged Care, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes and be able to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process fortnightly pay runs for 1500 employees across multiple locations
- Administer payments, reconciliations, and deductions
- Produce monthly payroll reports
- Respond to payroll-related queries in a timely manner
- Support payroll-related project management initiatives

Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in payroll, preferably in a health or aged care environment
- Previous experience using Dayforce
- Strong understanding and interpretation of awards and agreements
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Current and valid police check
