We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage site safety and implement effective risk management practices.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who can lead by example, promote a culture of compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Implement a robust site safety management system for timely incident reporting, thorough investigations, and corrective action closure.
- Provide support to site management through regular SHE performance reporting, including key performance indicators.
- Identify and implement innovative SHE improvement initiatives to enhance site performance and efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with global standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as occupational health and safety or environmental management.
- A solid understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
- The ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, resolving issues proactively.
- Experience in developing and implementing risk management strategies and routines.
