Customer Care Consultant Position

We are seeking a full-time Customer Care Consultant to deliver exceptional service to our customers and internal stakeholders.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders, managing end-to-end customer interaction activities, and providing product-based information.

  • Build engaging relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Process customer orders and manage customer interactions.
  • Provide product-based information and support customers.
