Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse complex customer data to create tailored marketing propositions that resonate with our customers
  • Develop and implement a Next Best Action (NBA) proposition framework that prioritises customer value and business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure commercial alignment and drive business outcomes
  • Prepare and present commercial updates and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders
  • Stay ahead of the curve by analysing market trends and commercial variances
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analytics tools and techniques
  • Proficiency in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualisation
  • Business acumen and the ability to connect statistical insights with strategic commercial objectives
  • Experience in developing and optimising customer propositions and value offers using data-driven methodologies
  • Technical skills in marketing automation and decisioning tools like Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Salesforce, PEGA, Unica or similar
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels
