As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive growth in the ANZ region. You will lead a team of marketers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and own marketing plans to drive growth and innovation
* Manage a team of marketers and align ANZ market OKRs with individual roles and responsibilities
* Oversee the implementation and execution of integrated marketing and communications plans across multiple channels
* Collaborate with cross-regional business groups and functional areas to deliver high-impact projects
* Provide strategic direction and creative input to digital, social, and content teams
* Build and manage best-in-class partnerships to expand Klook's presence and accelerate customer acquisition
* Analyze and report on marketing effectiveness to understand and improve key customer engagement and acquisition metrics

Qualifications:

* Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the travel or tourism industry
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
* Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices
* Experience in managing and leading a marketing team
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Data-driven and analytical with a strong ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
* Passionate about travel and the tourism industry
* Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
