Job Title: Heritage Leader

This role is for a highly experienced archaeologist with a passion for finding solutions that preserve heritage.

  • Leading and contributing to winning opportunities through strong client relationships and proposal writing.
  • Delivering a wide range of heritage projects by working collaboratively with various disciplines and staff experience levels.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-level technical and professional leadership to teams across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Experience in leading teams to deliver projects within the heritage sector in Australia, consulting experience with a focus on Aboriginal heritage in Victoria.
  • Expert knowledge of State and Commonwealth heritage legislation and relevant guidelines across multiple states in Australia.
  • Delivery of large-scale environmental projects and high-level stakeholder management skills.

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for driving industry-leading capabilities in heritage management. This involves developing and implementing strategies to deliver high-quality projects while maintaining a commitment to cultural preservation.

  • Proven track record in leading successful heritage projects.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of heritage legislation and regulations.
