Key Responsibilities:- Project management and strategic planning
- Collaboration with clients and team members for successful project delivery
- Mentorship of staff to enhance skills and expertise
- Elevating business standards through process improvement initiatives
- Hold tertiary qualifications in archaeology or a related field, preferably at Honours level or above
- Possess extensive experience working in Aboriginal heritage consulting or heritage management
- Be a registered Heritage Advisor and qualified to supervise excavations
- Demonstrate expertise in Aboriginal community engagement
- Hold high-level field site recording skills
- Exhibit well-developed research and reporting skills
