About the Territory Management Role

As a key figure in our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and ensuring customer success within your designated territory.

Key responsibilities include executing strategic plans, building strong relationships with customers, and meeting ambitious growth targets, all while acting as the on-the-ground representative for our company's mission to support 50% of the world's habitable landmass to be more productive and sustainable.

This role requires a proactive and hands-on approach, with a focus on both expansion and long-term customer satisfaction. You will prioritize daily efforts that optimize growth performance and drive value for customers. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll share field insights to ensure our technology continues to meet the needs of farmers.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Sales & Customer Success: Proven experience in value-based sales, creating opportunities, closing deals, and building lasting customer relationships.
  • Beef Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of beef operations and the unique challenges faced by the industry.
  • Attitude & Problem-Solving Skills: A naturally positive attitude, willing to make those around you better, thrive under pressure, and own results. Resourceful and quick-thinking, working well with cross-functional teams to address challenges and drive solutions.
  • Territory Management: Ability to use critical thinking to manage a large territory with a balanced focus on sales and customer success.
  • Frequent Travel: Willingness to travel within your territory to engage with customers and prospects.
