**About the Role**:
As the Area Business Manager, you will play a key role in maximising sales and market share for FMC’s crop protection portfolio in your defined sales territory.

**About You**:

- To be successful in this role, you will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Agriculture Business or Sciences. Alternatively, 5 + years’ experience in an Agriculture Sales, Commercial, and or Technical related roles.
- Your in-field knowledge of Agricultural chemicals, agricultural retail channel, agronomic principles and practices in Australia (or New Zealand) will be highly beneficial to ensure success in this role
- As a self-starter, you will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders therefore you will require, and be able to demonstrate, highly effective relationship building and communication skills from grower to distributor management level.
- With this role being remote-based, the ability to work autonomously and demonstrate effective time management is critical for optimising opportunities and meeting challenges in an effective manner.
- Business Acumen; you should be skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook and CRM platforms. These are critical in managing day to day business commercial operations.
