We are seeking a visionary leader to join our Executive Management team as the Director of Finance and ICT. This is an exciting opportunity to lead us into the future as we expand our services and deepen our impact across Victoria.

About the Role

The Director of Finance and ICT will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of our finance and ICT functions, ensuring that we maintain high standards of financial management and effective use of technology. This role will play a key part in achieving our organisational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our financial strategy
  • Oversee the management of our ICT function, including procurement and contract management
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate and timely financial reporting
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A postgraduate qualification in accounting, commerce or business disciplines
  • Membership of a professional body such as CPA, ICAA or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience in leading customer-focused service delivery teams in finance and ICT
  • Demonstrated experience in overseeing procurement and contract management
  • Ability to influence change and create a culture of continuous improvement
  • Experience in leading tender processes and effective contractor engagement
  • Extensive experience in the management of budgeting, accounting and financial operations
