About the Role

As a Donor Engagement Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in encouraging donors to make life-giving blood and plasma donations. Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to provide heartfelt services, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued donors.

  • You'll be responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, as well as live chat and social media support.
  • Your proactive problem-solving skills will help you navigate complex donor needs, upholding quality, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • Collaborating with your team, you'll foster a dynamic environment where everyone thrives, driving exceptional outcomes.
  • You'll undergo comprehensive training and development, equipping you with the expertise needed to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through diverse channels (calls, chats, social media)
  • Encourage donors to participate in life-giving blood and plasma donations
  • Foster strong relationships with donors, anticipating and meeting their needs effectively
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to data protection protocols
