We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building connections, supporting fellow professionals and driving initiatives to uplift the industry.

  • Play a key role in keeping our network strong by building relationships, promoting our services and ensuring every partner feels supported

Key responsibilities include:

  • FOLLOW UP NEW PROSPECT LEADS
  • SUPPORT COLLEAGUES, HELPING THEM ONBOARD, KEEP UP TO DATE WITH OUR SYSTEMS, KEEP THEM ACCOUNTABLE AS PART OF OUR CODE OF CONDUCT AND HELP THEM GROW THEIR BUSINESS
  • ATTEND EVENTS, TRADESHOWS AND INDUSTRY ACTIVATIONS
  • VISIT REGIONAL NETWORKS TO PROVIDE SUPPORT WHEN REQUIRED
  • SHARE INSIGHTS WITH INTERNAL TEAMS TO ALIGN ON GROWTH STRATEGIES
  • PROMOTE OUR BRANDS WITH PASSION

As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • MANAGING REPORTING, CRM UPDATES AND FOLLOWING UP LEADS
  • GROWING NETWORKS AND MAINTAINING RELATIONSHIPS
