Your Opportunity
The TAFE at School Manager will lead the delivery of educational and business services, maximising uptake of TAFE at School program offerings in secondary schools and among students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality TAFE at School programs and services, ensuring operational objectives align with regional and state-wide strategic goals.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH STAKEHOLDERS TO ENHANCE ENGAGEMENT IN TAFE AT SCHOOL INITIATIVES.
- Maintain superior knowledge of VET and Education systems, providing expert advice and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate across TAFE Queensland to implement best practice systems, processes, and client service, maintaining TAFE Queensland as the training provider of choice.
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing TAFE at School team, fostering collaboration and improvement, and ensuring human resource management issues are addressed.
Requirements:
- SUPERIOR KNOWLEDGE OF VET AND EDUCATION SYSTEMS WITH PROVEN ABILITY TO PROVIDE STRATEGIC DIRECTION AND SOUND ADVICE.
- Demonstrated achievement in developing and managing relevant training products, services, and solutions to meet client expectations.
- High-level communication and consultation skills, building and sustaining key relationships within and across TAFE Queensland, schools, and industry.
