Member Services Representative

The role of Member Services Representative is a key position in the success of our organisation. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional services to our members and customers, ensuring their experience is first-class.

You will be the face of our business, interacting with clients on a daily basis and promoting our services and programs. This will involve using point-of-sale systems, taking bookings and enrolments, and delivering outstanding customer service both in-person and over the telephone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently, handling transactions, managing stock, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:
