This role involves providing expert medical services in acute, consultative and community settings.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality end-of-life care and symptom management through collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Contribute to service delivery improvements and program development within palliative care.
- AHPRA registration as a specialist in Palliative Medicine is required for this position.
- FRACP Palliative Medicine and/or FAChPM are essential qualifications for the job.
