About the JobWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Technician to join our team as a Field Service Specialist. As a Field Service Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex technical issues on engine products in the field.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of engine systems, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair complex technical issues on engine products in the field.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on engine and related components.
- Use specialized tools and follow documented procedures and policies to ensure accurate and efficient diagnosis and repair.
- Escalate unresolved issues to more experienced technicians or supervisors as needed.
- Complete required documentation, such as service worksheets and timesheets, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Cert III) or equivalent.
- Intermediate level of workshop or field service experience required.
- Strong understanding of engine systems and component interactions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Please note that this is a full-time position with a 38-hour workweek. Overtime may be required from time to time, and penalty rates will apply accordingly. All safety equipment and PPE will be provided by the company, and domestic relocation may be offered for the right candidate.
