
Palliative Care Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Palliative Care Specialist to provide expert clinical care to patients in hospital acute, consultative, inpatient, and community settings.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of quality end-of-life care and symptom management while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver specialist palliative care services to patients, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and exceptional care.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Participate in service delivery improvements and contribute to program development within palliative care.
- Specialist registration in Palliative Medicine with AHPRA.
- Hold FRACP Palliative Medicine and/or FAChPM qualifications.
- Experience in palliative care service delivery as a palliative medicine consultant.
- Desirable: Postgraduate qualification in palliative care.
