Ensure quality and safety in biomedical equipment by leading our Medical Technology Management Unit.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the lifecycle of biomedical equipment across our organisation. This involves supporting equipment management, leading Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives, and collaborating with clinicians and technicians to achieve shared goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Mentor your team to deliver high-quality reporting, analysis, and expert advice on quality standards.
- Monitor and support the equipment inventory and replacement programs.
- Provide strategic input and expert advice on policy development and continuous quality improvement.
- Develop training programs for staff to build capability and nurture emerging technical leaders.
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in quality assurance and management. You should have experience in developing and implementing quality systems, leading teams, and working with stakeholders at all levels.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or healthcare, is also essential.
