Infrastructure Design Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure design team, you will be responsible for leading the design and documentation of civil infrastructure projects.
Your Responsibilities:- Manage design contracts and review technical outputs
- Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions
- Oversee risk controls and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure safety in design and support smooth project handovers into construction
- Degree in civil engineering, design, or project management (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Strong background in leading design phases for infrastructure projects
- Ability to balance cost, timelines, and risk factors
- Experience sourcing and managing external consultants
