Job Overview

The Director of Client Experience will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive the best possible experience. This involves driving and running client success for strategic accounts, leading by example and coaching others to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a related field
  • Proven track record of building high-performing teams who deliver results
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to plan in detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
