Customer Service Representative

Our dynamic and fast-growing brand is seeking a skilled customer service representative to provide heartfelt professional service to our members. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting customers, answering calls, handling queries, and resolving complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a 'can-do' attitude, and a passion for health and fitness. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and completing them efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

  • Greet customers at both the front desk and café.
  • Answer calls, handle queries, and listen to complaints, directing members to relevant managers when necessary.
  • Utilise computer systems to look up member details, create access key tags, process purchases, and assist with booking classes.
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience with excellent communication skills.
  • A 'can-do' attitude with a thirst for learning and ambition for growth.
  • A passion for health and fitness and eagerness to work in the industry.
  • Be reliable, proactive, punctual, professional, and well-presented.
  • Have a strong work ethic.
  • Show initiative, be highly motivated, and an adaptable team player with the ability to multitask.
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
  • Communicate and uphold business policies and procedures to customers and staff.
  • Hold current First Aid and CPR Certificates (or willing to attain).
