Membership Sales Professional

As a Membership Sales Professional, you are the driving force behind business growth. You promote and represent our brand, its values, and culture to potential members.

Key Responsibilities
  • New membership sales: build and grow our club member base by identifying new opportunities and converting them into sales.
  • Lead generation: use creative techniques to ensure a constant flow of incoming leads, including promoting our facilities to local businesses and the community.
  • Achieving lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Deliver sales presentations and tours to prospective members, highlighting our features and benefits that meet their identified fitness needs.
  • Create exceptional member experiences through positive and personalised interactions.
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
  • Track leads, appointments & sales daily on our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed membership sales targets and other KPIs.
What you'll need to succeed
  • At least 2 years of previous sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • A financially motivated individual with natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
  • Experience in a KPI-driven environment with a proactive Lead Generation mindset.
  • Ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds and a desire to help them achieve their fitness goals.
  • Solve problems, overcome obstacles, and communicate effectively with others.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
