  • Use knowledge in corporate governance, commercial law, contracts, liability, regulatory, administrative, privacy, employment, and criminal law to navigate tasks and work as a trusted advisor.
  • Support capability development across the agency to drive awareness of regulatory obligations and legal risk mitigation.
  • Provide timely advice on complex legal matters and contribute to legislative reform proposals and policies.

The role is responsible for providing expert legal advice to support the functions of the Chief Investigator. This includes navigating complex corporate governance, commercial law, contracts, liability, regulatory, administrative, privacy, employment, and criminal law matters. The successful candidate will be able to work independently to provide high-quality advice and contribute to the development of the agency's capabilities.
