  • Care Planning: Conduct home visits, assess needs and develop care strategies
  • Team Development: Recruit, train and manage staff on clinical competencies, fostering a supportive environment
  • Quality & Compliance: Monitor performance, investigate incidents and implement improvements
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with referral sources and coordinate client communications

 

Key Skills and Qualifications
You'll need current registration with the relevant authority and a strong background in healthcare. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
