About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and competitive sales professional to assist during our peak seasonal sales period. The successful candidate will have a drive to succeed and provide a premium shopping experience for our consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment
  • Uphold the quality of our brand, and achieve sales of shoes and related products
  • Align with the Visual Merchandising plan and Mystery Shopper standards
  • Process customer orders, returns, and maintain inventory according to standards
  • General housekeeping and store tidiness

Requirements:

  • Previous retail sales or similar experience with persuasive communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and sales targets
  • Commitment and professionalism to providing exceptional customer service as an ECCO brand ambassador
  • Team player with natural people-person skills who thrives on building relationships
  • Growth mindset in an exciting fast-paced work environment
  • Flexibility with availability, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
